José Salim Mattar Júnior

Mr. Salim Mattar is the chairman of our Board of Directors and has been our Chief Executive Officer since 1995. Mr. Salim Mattar is also the President of all of our Brazilian subsidiaries and has had this position since their incorporation. He received a degree in business administration from Fundação Mineira de Educação e Cultura in 1976. In 1973, at the age of 24, he was one of our founding partners.
