Nicholas Vincent Reade

Mr. Reade graduated in Economics from Cambridge University, has a Master’s Degree in Economics from the same institution and took a post-graduate Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.
He acted as President and member of the Board of Vision Securitizadora S.A. (2007/2008) and Rio Bravo Securitizadora S.A. (2002/2007) and also as Executive Vice-President of Banco Brascan S.A. (1998/2002). Before joining Banco Brascan, he worked as Managing Director of Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. (1995/1998), where he was responsible for the company's activities in Brazil. He also worked as Director of SG Warburg & Co Ltd. (1990 - 1995), where he initiated and led the development of the bank's operations in Mercosur. At Bear Sterns and Warburg he performed, on behalf of his clients, a series of issues of bonds and shares in the international market, as well as various operations of M & A in excess of $ 3 billion.
Nicholas started his career as an investment analyst at Banco Bozano Simonsen. He later became the Director responsible for structuring the Brazilian subsidiary of Citicorp Leasing International. He was responsible for the development of Brasilpar, one of the pioneering private equity firms in the country, where he worked as Superintendent Director. He then became Group Representative in Brazil for Midland Bank plc and Samuel Montagu & Co.From February to August 2008, he was the Chairman of the Board of Brookfield Incorporações S.A. Currently, he is the CEO of Brookfield Incorporações S.A.
